The culture war got a criminal mafia boss that lies all the time elected, and got Poilievre 30% ahead of Trudeau. had Trump not started his attacks against Canada, it is quie possible that CPC would have won with that tactic. the creation of problems such as trans athletes requires constant repeating of he issue over long time to make it "stick". So Poilievre sarted as soon as he was elected leader (and party planners agreed wih strategy). Had he stayed "normal" until he writ was dropped, that strategy would not have worked because 30 days is n't enough to make culture war become problems people vote about.

I totally tunes CPC campaign out because of their behaviour prior to campaign. But noted analysts noticig how Poilievre had toned down the rethoric to appear more prime ministerial, except hat on the last days, I did start to hear about hism bringing back woke arguments. Remember that the Press was not allowed to follow him on campaign trail, so only approved influencers were allowed to report.

That article spent more time on Liberals' campaign than CPC. I woudl have been interested in inside discussions within the CPC on their decision to mimick Trup,s culture wars ad fake news, woke stuff etc and how to deal with this heavy baggage that had become a liability. The fact that Poilievre avoid this during much of campaign to hide it but on last days did restart it shows there must have been discussions on it.

How would they physically do that? I-5 Norhbound litterally flies over the customs facility, so they would have to work on a 4 lane highway and cause a whole lot of traffic by stopping cars.

The "pretty display" of emails does not let you see who is sending what. It only displays the "pretty" to and FROM that are in body in message, no the actual to/from used in the negotiation. The original message did not necessarily originate on Google, and not sure why Google would accept it and then issue non delivery instead of rejecting it at time of sending. That is why seeing the real message with headers is important, but web interfaces are dumbed down and prevent this.

Smaller mail systems are able to verify the email address during the RFC 821 "MAIL TO:" command and reject it before the body of message is sent. The onus is then on the sending MTA to advise sender of non delivery. If receiving MTA receives message and then checks validity of destination, the onus is on it to issue non delivery.
"view source" of message if Google allows should reveal IP of original sender, and IP who sent the non-delivery notification.

Official video feed from the White House has politicial banner to text the comedian during his performance. Since they have dropped any pretense of traditions and ethics, I guess this has to be expected. I never used the terminal, but used the software on a Mac to access Aalex. and it was very expensive by the minute pricing. Ended up cheaper to access a BBS via long distance in the USA back then. (and them Compuserve and then the Internet).

the only way Trump can get cash out of truth social is if someone agrees to buy it. Only Melon Husk has $4b to spare to buy worthless company. Trump needs to be nice to Husk until this is done. And for Melon to launch offer , he must have gotten favours from Trump. Both have leverage in each other. CG had noted the Titan had no certification. While explaining his edication/work experience mentions he worked in certification in aircraft industr at one point. When questioned, he notes that despite certification of aircrafts, incidents still happen.

The Olympic Anthem has been played at every olympics in recent history. I remember it from Montreal in 1976 and every subsequent ones. It is prerequisite as for IOC rules.

OI may disagree with musical choices, but the scenery is perfect.
Showed a clip of Nadia Comenicci. The first ever athlete to get a 10 at Olympics at Montréal 1976. Also showed Stéphane Préfontaine lighting the torch at the 76 Olympics. He went to Brébeuf like me (a few grades higher) so imagine my surprise when I saw him on TV lighting the cauldron !!!!

Dance on boat is a filler because they have to wait for all athelte boats to get to the destination and unload the athletes.

Paestine gets to particiapte as a country in the Olympics, but Taiwan is hugely controversial.
Also, normally, countries that are at war are supposed to be prevented from participating in the Olympics. in 1980, it was the western world that boycoted the Moscow game (Moscow had invated Afghanistan). Rule was ignored during the long invasion of Afghanistan by wester countries post 9-11.
