I was close to that some months ago. You only need 2 extra steps:
1. An add-on to make meshtastic send and receive messages from a local relay
2. A desktop implementation for Samiz to send and receive notes to the same local relay

I created a proposal to replace robot tokens in @npub1gdf…2ffw and start using a garage token. This way your robots can be deterministically derived from it so you can just save this new token and use it to generate an (in practice) unlimited number of unrelated robots, keeping the same privacy as before!

What Pokey does is to locally broadcast events received from your inbox relays to other apps installed in your phone. That saves them to be running in background while connected to relays (wich wastes a lot of battery). The idea was to be battery/connection efficient so only Pokey keeps connected to relays while others just listen to Pokey.
You can test it with Citrine, which has this feature enabled by default in Settings

Pokey works over the outbox model. That means that it only works as far the client creating the note respect it, so no, there is nothing "straight forward" to do.
Did you check Pokey's "Notifications" view? Just in case it's a bug strictly related to it.
Battery optimization limits Pokey instantly notifying you, but certainly is not going to make it to skip any note.

I'm totally against that approach, sorry. The idea is that somebody familiar with #amethyst (or any other client) should just continue using it seamlessly.
I didn't move to nostr to be captured by apps instead of platforms.
Don't get me wrong. I perfectly understand it's a paid point for users, but luckily I don't have any VP over my head, so I can stick attached to what I believe is better.
That said, as far it doesn't break that rule, I'm 100% open to improve the user experience and welcome any used feedback.

I don't agree on applying restrictions based on payment methods, as I said the input is free text, anybody can just skip that restriction and the only thing you will as a result is to split the liquidity of a single payment method into 2.
About education, we added a lot of popups for the next version on that line, plus there always has been https://learn.robosats.org to learn. Truth is we don't get much hands to help on the project and that documentation is probably pretty old. All help is welcome.
I think Robosats already won 😁 But as said, we don't have a UI or Sales department to spend time thinking on how to improve everything, and AI have a lot of limitations on this area. All help is welcome.

Robosats do its best to preserve the privacy of users, if you avoid re-using robots you can basically leave no traces of your trade on Robosats.
There are some payment methods that are absolutely private such as F2F, but as any other option it all depends on the liquidity.
But still, people have the preference of using these other non-private options for trading, which for some people seems to be not ideal, but not absolutely terrible.
The payment method is a free text so people can use even chickens for trade. What we can't do, for sure, is to ban payment methods. It's reposability of each user to DYOR and accept the counterparts of the method they choose to trade.
Taking into consideration Robosats is not responsible of the fiat side (where the privacy is lost), what are our options?

Every Robot will deterministically generate their own nsec and Coordinators will send NIP-17 messages the same way they do for Telegram. Web and Android clients will fetch for them and display in their own notifications center.

I have this situation with robosats and I honestly believe the best 1 line of defense method is NIP-05.
I believe some clients take it as a joke but its extremely useful to rapidly identify and discard impersonators.
And obviously the best but most expensive one is to use your WoT. Primal does a good job there by showing notorious people following an account, that's something reproducible with a 2nd level WoT of any user.

It's not only to the aggregator. In a nutshell, what you need to do is to publish your orders to nostr and keep their status updated 🙂 that's way more beneficial because your orders can be fetched by any nostr client compatible with this NIP (nowadays p2p.band and @nprofile…ml9t)

This is me rewriting @nprofile…ml9t' Android app from scratch with Kotlin. It implements all existing features but Notifications (waiting to be reimplemented with NIP-17).
I reduced the size of the apk from 50MB to 34MB and removed a ton of over engineering. Plus improved the general look and feel.
