I really enjoyed the first Gears of War, one of the most fun couch co-op games imo and they just recently released the remaster called Gears of War: Reloaded for PS5. Stardew Valley is an entirely more peaceful game that now supports local co-op. And for some more lighthearted goofy fun we also enjoyed the the Overcooked games and one called Moving Out
