These stories are all too common. I remember Andreas Antonopoulos remarking that nobody has money in the bank. We’re just giving the bank near zero interest loan without collateral that we can theoretically call at any time. Unless the bank doesn’t want us to. Lol.

Pointed my hash at a pool for a bit. Have the sats drop into my primal wallet so I can zap em ⚡️. One of my favorite ways to use my little NerdAxe. Back to solo mining after I top up :).

Using public-pool.io or ck pool didn’t seem decentralized enough for me. It was surprisingly easy to run my own public pool on my Umbrel and point my little miner at it. So, it’s mining blocks per my own node. Or attempting to anyway! What might I be missing? Should I be running Knots instead of Core?

The rising value of an asset has zero power to impoverish anyone. In this case, what it can do is lay bare the fact that fiat currency impoverishes anyone who continues to hold it. What the ECB effectively said here is that “if you don’t buy bitcoin soon and continue to hold Euros, you will continue to suffer from the depreciation of our currency and thus, become impoverished.” In other words “HFSP.” Lol.
