As a member of Restore Britain, I am not yet confident in their ability to deliver. I have so far seen things done on a whim, not registering with the Electoral Commission before launching, and using their existing membership of seven months to suggest interest was extremely high within two days of them calling themselves a party.
Rupert Lowe has a chance if he can turn it into a serious political vehicle. Restore is polling at 10%, with Great Yarmouth First polling at over 40% within his constituency. Right now, it's as slapdash as Ben Habib's Advance UK.

Setting one up shouldn't be too difficult, it's the maintenance with database migrations and needing enough storage for media (assuming you'd use the media proxy). Federation may also be slow as Mastodon may wait for instances to age a bit before acknowledging them.

Gaming has hit what I'd call a dark age with the lack of risk from game designers and the (dying) push for live services. I've noticed very few new games of note, most is a mish-mash of what has been seen before.
I say 'back' in terms of desirability. I know there's always background interest but I want to believe designing new games on 'old' concepts is back in vogue.
