Microsnot can kiss my ass. I dumped windows more than a dozen years ago but kept office because of excel. Then last year they bumped me up to the premium level, without my permission or knowledge, and charged me an extra $50 for the year. I contested the charge and won, but it was reversed two months later. Now I use LibreOffice and microshit gets nothing! Greedy bastids.

Every morning for the last month I drink a cup of turmeric and ginger tea that I bought at Costco in Seville, Spain. I don't feel much from it but it does taste really good with lemon and honey. We get excellent honey here in Portugal.
I tried a half cup of the mix last night and didn't really feel anything, but that was after a couple beers. I'll try the half cup morning and evening for a few days and see how it goes.

You may need to find another country. We chose Portugal. It was like moving into the past. I'm not Catholic but most people in this country are. This is one of the friendliest, comfortable, affordable places I've ever lived. Each time we go back to the US for a visit I can't help but feel uncomfortable and anxious. It's always a glorious day when we return home.

We stopped staying at Hiltons a little over a year ago. We were mostly using the Hilton Garden in Seville. Had a few bad experiences. We moved up to the Eurostar Torre. Similar price for a superior product.
