It's a baseless punishment reminiscent of arbitrary punitive campaigns on former twitter, where users can come up with fabricated accusations denouncing you with poorly trained & knowledgeable moderators falling for the simplest lies & accusations, restrict your account serving the accusers' goal to have a moderator silence opinions they dislike & disagree with.
I'm not even sure the moderator of the instance I'm on still remembers what he's done to cripple my account.
