Almost had the most ironic possible death for myself.
A co-worker was clicking the top of a cheap freebie pen angrily, pointing the end in my general direction.
The cartridge somehow shot out of the pen with great force and almost hit me in the face.

the time i tried to put an Esterbrook nib on a nahvalur. Felt the cap resist. Decided to proceed. Immediately crunched up a brand new 90 nib.

Transplant completed! This was the WORST feed I've pulled so far, so much fear and careful wiggling. But hooray. I have my music nib on the nice rose gold body. I just couldn't love the red it came with originally.

okay so we are gonna be doing sailor x sailor moon using the blanket pattern from the show. (Img attached) and we’re gonna do a realo.
Purple frosted body and pink for the finial. Put some glitter in that pink because glitter.
Little bunny on the top instead of the anchor.
And the nib would have the crescent moon and cat silhouette. Gonna rock rose gold hardware.

rickshaw roll represent! Very soft on the inside, 6 pen slots, rolls up nice and small so it’s good to shove in a bag and still have space.

Co-workers must ask and be watched carefully.

oh see, i will have about 5 or 6 notebooks active at a time. I do a lot of journaling and list making and doodling though.
I'm already using mine, just ignoring the day of the week at the top of the page, just because my hibino got too fat the binding was starting to break and my A5 is too fluffy and feels weird to carry.

wild tale from the southern United States: k-12, at multiple schools in 3 counties, multiple instructors, they would literally not accept anything that wasn’t in pencil unless they wanted it typed. I have no idea why. But they literally did not want students using pens.
Anyway I had a few disposable zebra ones around 2015, but only started getting into it as a hobby about 3 years ago.
I’ve always been a stationary person, eventually I got into Hobonichi which led to fountain pens.

I did the same. I’ve had kosumosu and tsutsuji on my “to try” list for a while so I went ahead and ordered them. I feel like it’s sort of weird they are taking out two pinks, makes the overall line up more muted and less fun I think.
