The real issues are very poor IP reputations and most Web Application Firewalls block such IPs because most of them are involved in abuse, spam and other shithead activities.
You can't solve that issue except any provider gives a fuck about abusive IPs.
But to be honest. In reality providers should check their subnets and take care and not just leave them because this brings issues to everyone

Maybe it can be done through Nostr. But Nostr is super niche and we deal with thousands customers, not sure how many of them use Nostr. If it is 1% it is a lot.
I don't see email login as a big issue since you can use aliases etc. No personal information needed.
If it comes to privacy the payment method is much more important. We prefer Monero for that reason. Best for us and customers.
And with Nostr you have an identity as well, so it is similar to an email - identity wise.

Yes we do. Its needed to send you invoices, if there is any maintance window, and for abuse notifications. You can use any email address, it must not be a personal address, you can use any alias service you want like SimpleLogin or addy.io.

Hi,
we run a new Web Application Firewall to bring more security in the game. We had many attacks and the WAF already helps a lot.
I have to admit that we have also false positive but for that we need feedback so we can adjust the rules.
Most attacks cone from Mullvad and other VPN IPs. We don't block any VPN provider or Tor but IPs which were involved in such attacks.

just as general info. There are more than 5 eyes now 😉 The five eyes is ages old. MLAT etc is everywhere in place.
Regarding we just resell Herzner and Contabo. That is outdated. We do not resell Hetzner VPS, we do resell Hetzner Dedicated Servers. We stopped resell Hefzner VPS and Contabo.
We run our own servers as VPS hyoervisors in Netherlands and Finland with our own ASN and own network.

Our current company jurisdiction is Nevis. it is by far not an easy and cheap setup thats why we often thought we move it to US Wyoming which would make the things a way easier for us. But on the other hand, we are very very unsure with US.

Our Lightning node is down. We had some issues with it 3 or 4 hours and than our liquidity povider closed both channels which is super annoying.

There are not that many LTC customers. What we do is we use Trocador Swap to accept any altcoin and that converts everything to LTC. We use this way as LTC is super cheap and we convert LTC to Bitcoin. An swap directly to Bitcoin can be an issue with swap services if we see a higher fee environment in BTC. That s can eat up a lot of money and when you sell VPS for 7 bugs it may be 20% or even more.

It is a plugin for BTCPayServer. Super easy to install with some options to choose how to deal with the token (are they called token?). We have activated AutoConvert to Lightning.

There are different ways to create your QubesOS stack. If you run standalone templates you have really fully separated systems. The normal way is to build an templates which have your apps installed and you can share those apps to different AppVMs. The goal here is to separate user profile and data from other ApoVMs for security and privacy reasons. Each AppVM can have another network or is offline.
