So open ai and anthropic have billions of dollars in negative real net assets?
And basically Amazon is funding anthropic- who then pay Amazon and repeat
And Microsoft the same for Open ai?

Don’t you think it’s fascinating how it’s all playing out. The part that I think hits home for me is how people that finally see BTC for what it is can never go back.
It’s like a really slow gradual network effect playing out in real time. So amazing to see it playing out and seeing more and more lightbulbs go off for people
And when you think about it- eventually people will just grow up knowing what it is and not questioning it (exactly like we’ve all done with “money” up until now)

Proudest Bitcoin moment to date.
Did a talk with TC to some local farmers near Lincoln, which led to them accepting Bitcoin. Took the kids down, paid in sats for real food grown right there on their farm.
And before anyone says “why would you spend your Bitcoin?” — I used the fiat I would’ve spent at the farm to immediately replace the sats. Bed & breakfast rule matches the disposal to the rebuy, so with prices basically unchanged the gain is negligible.
Watched the kids run around the farm while I picked up proper food paid for in the hardest money ever invented.
That’s proof of work. That’s the circular economy. That’s why we’re doing this.
If you’re ever in the Lincoln area go and check them out! Paula and Matthew and their daughter Evie are amazing people. They even have Accomodation if you want a weekend away in this Bitcoin paradise 😉

I’ve actually been thinking a lot about that question too- What do I want?
Took me a while to see it clearly (still a bit murky). But here goes-
I want to understand the world accurately and act accordingly. I want enough freedom that nobody owns my time. I want my kids to inherit something solid — not just money but a way of seeing the world that actually serves them. And I want to spend my working life helping people understand sound money before it becomes obvious. I’m not trying to get rich for the sake of it. I just want a life that makes sense as a whole. Everything I’m building is pointing at that.

I saw this too defo some good old fashioned media manipulation tbh due to reporting.
It’s safe to say the world is going crazy not just the UK:
Germany
∙ A journalist published a satirical meme of Germany’s interior minister holding a fake sign reading “I hate freedom of speech.” She reported him to the police, and he was prosecuted and given a seven-month suspended prison sentence.
∙ In February 2026, Germany carried out coordinated nationwide raids over online hate speech posts, with law enforcement acting on approximately 140 investigations across all 16 federal states.
∙ One man posted suggesting refugee children should play in electrical wires — fined 3,750 euros.
USA (more recent)
∙ Under the Trump administration, several foreign nationals were detained for one to two months after their visas were revoked over nonviolent online expression, including students posting about Gaza.
France
∙ The arrest of Telegram’s founder Pavel Durov on arrival in France — though that was framed around criminal law (child abuse material, organised crime) rather than speech directly.
Canada
∙ A man was ordered to pay $10,000 after a Human Rights Tribunal ruled his Facebook posts, speeches, and emails about LGBTQ+ people constituted hate speech.
And back to the UK’s more absurd cases:
∙ A couple were arrested by six officers for criticising their daughter’s school headmaster selection process in a parents’ WhatsApp group.
∙ An autistic 16-year-old girl was arrested for saying a police officer looked like her “lesbian nana” — her grandmother is actually lesbian.

The pattern across Western democracies is similar: the laws are broad, enforcement is inconsistent, and the cases that attract outrage tend to be the ones where the punishment seems wildly disproportionate to any actual harm caused.

In the past year I have seen debt in a totally different light to what I have in the past.
I’ve recognised I let the narrative of “good debt” and “bad debt” build my belief systems around money over the past 10 years.
I genuinely subscribed to the whole “buy borrow die” idea and thought this is the way that you “beat the system”.
I’ve come the slow realisation that actually you are not beating the system doing this…
You are the system.
You’re stealing from EVERYONE else each time you do this.
The only way to “beat the system” is to opt out. Stop feeding the system, stop taking in more debt- pay it back starve the beast and own something outside the system that is a true free market which helps everyone.
The EXACT opposite of what I’ve been doing for 10 years.
And currently there is only one way to truly opt out of the system…
Bitcoin in self custody.
The choice really is that simple. Hold Bitcoin in self custody. Or steal from everyone else.
We are all the problem. But we are all the solution. Your choice matters.
