According to their literature, they do not rely on any of those OPCA schemes. Their arguments are all rooted in Black Letter Law, which is established law. Your "Legal name", the one on your birth certificate is a Statutory construct, you are not your legal name, you are a living being with beneficial interest, absolutely entitled. You have never contracted to act as agent for your legal name and have never transfered your beneficial interest to your legal name. By drawing up a Private Express Trust you are creating a legal document, to that effect. When you appear in Crown Court you are using contract law, trust law and equity, to defend your position. All established Black Letter Law.
Incidentally, I've been doing some digging. The guy behind the website with all the information on it is named Jason Tyldesley, he is the multi millionaire ex owner of Sofology, so I hardly think he's charging the 15 quid subscription for the detailed steps to take in order for you to do (What he claims he's done), because he needs the money.
He's just trying to show, how very wealthy people protect their assets and pay no tax, or penalties.

There is a shortage of most real labor in Japan, yet the people in those jobs make dogshit salaries. I don’t get it… you’d think with high demand and low supply you’d be able to charge a premium? My guess is consumer expectations drive a lot of the pricing and a person can only afford what they can afford before reconsidering if they need the thing.
