感觉 org 结构还是挺能影响工作方式的并不都是 corp bullshit。之前一年把 backend 和 client 组 re 到一个 org 了，各个 workstream 都是 vertical intergrate，好多项目都是 backend drive.
现在这次倒腾把 backend re 回 platform 里了，client 组成了我们这个 vertical 唯一有独自 identity 的组，然后定睛一看新 propose 的 workstream 确实 backend 都变成 supporting role 了。
which 对本摸鱼人来说其实是好事。有活儿干活儿不用负责一个 project 的 deliverable 应该会轻松许多。
