If you think the same thoughts, you will make the same choices. Those same choices lead to the same behaviours, which create the same experiences. Those experiences produce the same emotions, which loop right back around to drive the very same thoughts.
🧪 Your Biology Follows Suit:
This repetition hardwires your brain. Your neurocircuitry, your hormones, your neurochemistry, and even your genetic expression become completely chemically aligned with your past.
👤 Personality = Personal Reality:
How you think, act, and feel is what makes up your #personality. And your personality is what creates your personal #reality.
⚠️ The biggest mistake most of us make is trying to create a new personal reality while remaining the same personality.
We want #change, but we aren't willing to change who we are.
To #breakthecycle and truly change your #life, you have to:
1. Observe your unconscious #thoughts and actively change them.
2. Identify your automatic #habits and behaviours and modify them.
3. Look at the #emotions anchoring you to your #past and decide if they actually belong in your #future.
If you want a new #life, you literally have to become someone else.
Stop waiting for your circumstances to change first.
Change your mind, change your habits, and your reality will have no choice but to follow.
