It doesn't surprise me. Back to the drawing board
That might be in a little deep for me 😅
Nice! What project would you like me to link?
All of the discussions are gatekept, if you self-promote on reddit for example you get an insta-ban.
I need some SEO juice for flotilla. Who wants to swap backlinks? I'll find a way to mention your website if you find a way to mention mine.
I figure, it's not what I want but no reason to handicap myself
Spent the day murdering the internet with slop content. Just vibed 42 knowledge base articles for Flotilla's new website in a bid to get some search traffic.
Disgusting? Yes. Unethical? Maybe. Effective? Who knows?
Anyway, check out Flotilla's new website, but fair warning: the knowledge base is not safe for human consumption.

I didn't think you'd mind being used in the example 😂
Sure, feel free. I don't have linked in so I can't myself, but that would be great.
Let's do it. I know we touched on this last time, but it would be good to dig in a little more on what something like this would look like. Grab a time using my calendar link? https://cal.com/coracle.social/30min
n8n-nodes-nostr has been approved and is available by default on n8n!

No one has signed up for an interview, so I'm upping the ante. 50k sats to any community organizer who participates!

Because cookies are set in the headers, and auth happens after those headers are sent. It's a fine idea, but would probably break the ability to disconnect/re-auth with a different account
No, but I listen to his podcast frequently. I'll reach out.
hosting.coracle.social — more group-oriented but could still be used for personal relays.
True, I know he's building nostria, likely to fill this use case, but maybe there's something there
Anyone have any connections with free city people I could interview? It occurs to me as I drift toward a Mighty Networks-type use case for Flotilla that it could be useful for the free cities movement — either for talking about them, or within them.
Yep, https://gitea.coracle.social/coracle/nq
TIL about `git push --follow-tags` . No more `git push && git push --tags` 🎉
My Summer of Bitcoin team is doing some user interviews to help us make Flotilla better — if you run a community, course, paid group, membership, newsletter, creator business, or audience-driven business, we'd love to hear from you.
We're interested in understanding things like:
• How you onboard new members
• How you share content with paying members
• How you manage discussions and support
• Whether you truly own your audience relationship or depend on platforms
• Challenges around content ownership, piracy, and access control
• How people discover your community and become members
We're especially interested in hearing from:
• Educators and creators
• Independent musicians and artists
• Course creators and cohort-based educators
• Newsletter operators
• Paid communities and memberships
• Community-driven businesses
We want to understand how you work today, what frustrates you, and what features or workflows would genuinely make your life easier so that we can build solutions that solve real problems instead of imagined ones.
Interviews are informal conversations and typically take around 30 minutes.
If you're interested, fill out the form below and we'll get in touch:

The correct number of days for a fast
You can't enjoy schaudenfreude with an LLM. They're incapable of feeling bad for what they've done.
Someone should create n8n on nostr, it's a perfect match. n8n's self-hosted version + community nodes are awesome, but they have hard dependencies on github and gravatar, which is totally unnecessary.
Just released n8n-nodes-nostr so you can now create automations with nostr even MORE easily.
https://github.com/coracle-social/n8n-nodes-nostr
Here's an example of me using it to implement role-based-access-control in Flotilla:

We're tech people building tech experiments, not business people building products. One is not better than the other, but growth is not a result of maxing out our innovation budget. Nostr has to get boring first, then it can grow. And it's not boring yet; we haven't solved signers, relay selection, relay incentives, messaging, even content addressing. It's still the wild west, and I wouldn't expect any non-enthusiast to put up with it.
I like this a lot. Things like magic/witchcraft can be multi-valent too. For example, a demonic possession is almost never merely possession — it's almost always accompanied by physical or mental illness. And physical and mental illness are never merely physical/chemical either — there are relational, geographical, dietary, spiritual etc dimensions as well.
A rational person has to consider the testimony of millennia, across nearly all cultures, as well as contemporary eyewitness accounts, not hand-wave them all away.
Also, it's worth distinguishing between the practice of magic and the spiritual reality of magic. I believe in both, but when I talk about the "historical practice of magic" I'm referring to the former.
Yes, no, and no.
> Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
- 1 Peter 5:8
> I hope you know that whiches were always only wise woman?
This is delusional. Are you denying the historical practice of magic?
I don't see how the freedom to think implies anyone else has any responsibility toward me and my rights. Natural selection doesn't care about you or your rights, dignity, or intelligence.
God isn't just an "external authority". He's the creator and sustainer of life — and the one who, after all human means fail, implements justice for the oppressed. His opinion is what matters, and — good news — he loves you.
I know that perspective, I posted the other one because it's surprising and unpopular
Thanks. I read through 20 pages or so, and might continue, it's nice to get the inside perspective at least. I've been meaning to read Simón Bolívar for a long time.
I'm familiar with this style of feminism. Its sanitized approach is very much a product of its time — the pre-2014 world was much more "liberal" than "progressive", and hoodwinked lots of well-meaning nice people into adopting the framework that originated the movement.
To bring it up now in 2026 is just gaslighting. Nice liberal feminism sets up a straw man of violence and bigotry in order to knock it down, while appealing to a sense of justice that it can't sustain. Feminism is a friendly face of marxism, which is an acid that destroys any institution it touches.
I don't deny the existence of injustice, even "systemic". But I also affirm the goodness of gender roles, the family, and many other "structures of power" that feminism is inherently hostile to (however much it might try to wear them as a skin suit).
Site looks nice by the way, your design skills have improved 😂
I took a different approach to this three years ago with multiplextr. Ultimately, someone has to handle the heavy loading stuff, which sort of pushes us towards bluesky's central relay/appview model in terms of censorship. But at least it's optional. The main problem with this is either the client or the relay needs to handle outbox, but not both — people used to put nostr.wine relays in their inbox/outbox relay selections, which just messed everything up.
This is the best summary of feminism I have ever heard:
https://www.thesymbolicworld.com/content/rachel-wilson-feminism-is-the-political-arm-of-witchcraft
They don't go deep, but they cover a ton of interesting ideas:
- Abortion is witchcraft, and at one point there was an attempt to get it protected under religious freedom laws as an occult ritual
- The Wizard of Oz included the first real example of "the good witch"
- Feminism is not feminine; in the name of destroying the "patriarchy" it sets up its own version of power politics
- At the same time it is genuinely anti-hierarchical and radically decentralized
- There was an anti-suffrage movement around the turn of the 20th century in which women feared the devaluation of their domestic work and roles
- Feminism has ties with marxism, and makes use of "standpoint epistemology" to shut down opposition
The interviewee, Rachel Wilson, claims that witches have contacted her and thanked her for giving them the credit they deserve for the undermining of the family and gender roles.
Anyway, here's a link to her book:

I think including a d tag is just common sense based on the spec, so that's what I am going with instead of a new kind. I think you can update the spec on nostrhub to include a `d` without messing anyone up, since it's the spec that's wrong anyway.
Congrats, very cool that the grandparents are there to pitch in.
Or maybe just add a random `d` tag to pins.
@npub1pat…9h9a I am implementing your pinboards NIP and I noticed that 39067 events don't have a `d` tag. Have you deployed this anywhere? I would imagine this means you can't pin more than one event to a board. I'm thinking about forking and switching the kind to 67 instead.
Our raspberries haven't ripened yet. And when they do they will instantly be eaten by my numerous ravenous children
I'm surprised this hasn't happened yet. Hasn't @nprofile…z4hr been asking for gif keyboards forever?
Welshman has a lot of batteries included. But unless the library wants to cover UI concerns (like nostr band's login widget) there's only so much a library can do
