Maybe making 50 different clients for 10k users spreads your development team thin, with multiple people or teams recreating the same thing in a slightly different way. You never get to the polish stage, because everyone is busy implementing the basics.
We really do need another kind 1 client though 😉

🫂 I know and most of you guys are great about accepting feedback. There's just so much decay happening at an accelerating rate that I'd have to put together a proper multi-client report (which would probably be outdated by the time i got it done🤣) I'm currently struggling with how to best apply my time & attention around the subject.
The more features you add, the worse things get. And if you let AI make your app, the whole thing will feel uncanny. So everything new coming out is both uncanny and getting worse with time.

I honestly don't know if our experiences are related, it's possible I'm just doing boneheaded things with my relays (not that I've changed them recently, but you never know). I have noticed issues seeing some people's posts, more broken threads, that type of thing.

The fact that this is not a LARP, but there is genuine client diversity is really big. Its one of the hardest things to make real, where it is very easy to come up with the idea in theory. 🥹
