I'm crawling around on the ground under our netting to weed the blueberry bushes.
My phone alerted me to a text from the grandkids that they will come out tomorrow to take a truckload of green waste to the recycling center.
I stopped to thank them again for being kind caring human beings.
Yesterday our oldest grandson sat down with my husband to ask what he knew about the local Bigfoot legend since we lived here when the Redwood Creek video and all the hoopla that followed was happening in real time. They had a lively conversation with stories of Bigfoot days festivals and how much fun we had with a reason to party in sunny Willow Creek California.
That extra attention to an elder doesn't take much time but reaps big returns in his well being.

At that time I hadn't done much, if any physical activity for about a couple years due to a long period of convalescence. Some of the point of my bicycling is to strengthen the knees so it won't happen again.
