I did not expect to get a bottle opener. This thing is sick. I love how weighty it is and that you can stab someone with it or use it as a kind of brass knuckle. But also that you can open bottles with it, which I did today.

My amazing wife and I are celebrating 20 years of marriage this month. If there is one bit of advice I can give, it's that the parable of the unforgiving servant (Matthew 18:21-35) is more applicable to marriage than might first appear on the surface.

how would you do that? because i can show you exactly how catallax handles that in three simple events.
yes, you could use the marketplaces as currently stand to **sell** software development work by the hour - but how how you use them to **buy** work, as the patron who has a new job to list? and how do you handle trust and escrow with the existing marketplaces?
could you use the existing marketplaces to run a bare-bones "prediction market" where a trusted third-party acts as the oracle and resolves the market + pays out the winners from a "crowdfunded" pool?
