Because having #interop courses straight into your communities is pretty damn cool ngl.
so the spec is all around metadata for the content. the content itself hosted somewhere else and could be anything, a pdf worksheet, a video lecture, audio, image...
Future goal will be to also have this nostr based where possible. e.g. https://liascript.github.io/ is a tool to create courses, quizzes and so on based on extended markdown. this could live nativley on nostr. The devs are already looking into it
it's a metadata spec for educational resources that is used in public education related infrastructure around Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
I'm part of a group, where we develop that spec. I made an attempt to port it to nostr with that NIP.
Since some of the institutions that use that spec provide that data via public apis, I can get it, transform it and load onto relays to make it available on nostr relays.

What is going to happen? We will provide educational related services based on the nostr. Find yourself in communities, share and develop learning content, chat, forum etc.

Haha, you might not be happy about this (in the short term).
I'm adding an image, description and form (for requesting to be added) to normal 30000 profile lists. It's way easier to have all that in one event. I can get the full list of whitelisted profiles for each section very fast, and can still display badge-like images for them, etc...
Spec will be in there asap.
Me too please. Just got started with crowdsec for similar reasons
