I actually agree. It could level me up if the wrench turning wasn't so in demand the last six years and the jobs weren't already so streamlined.
Also being the outsource for major sized companies on comparison and even further outsourced jobs from China selling back the same parts the American companies are buying pre assembled from the Chinese factories gives me some hope I'm not dead yet.

I've been seriously considering getting a meat grinder to get more liver into my diet (as well as stretch my ground beef further) because liver is cheap and I'm not the biggest fan of cooking it (liver and onions is fine but I'd just as soon have it mixed in with ground chuck and heart for versatility).
Grass fed too though, I think I'd have to give up paying my electric bill. Or at least just go full carnivore and knock all the other crap out (which I don't think I'd get buy in from my wife on). Or just go full bulk ordering direct from ranchers, which may happen once I get enough rewards points at work to get myself a chest freezer. Spotted one in Connecticut that looked maybe viable to work into my budget if I start picking up a quarter cow from time to time.
