I was reading after my bread finished baking and fell asleep. Had a dreaded peeing dream, I had to go so bad I was peeing in a sink...woke up and had to check and make sure I did not pee myself irl 😂. #dreamstr

I like for people to think I keep track of these things, it just happened to work out that I wanted veggie flatbreads and bought the stuff and my tomatoes were ripe 😂. We could have easily had bitcoin leftover hot honey chicken thighs day or bitcoin chicken with mushroom white wine sauce day 🤷♀️🤣🤣...

I use naan, but any sort of flatbread works. Spread some hummus on it and top it with any veggies you like, I used tomatoes, bell peppers, broccoli (steam it a bit), and purple onion or shallot. It's supposed to be a rainbow of colors but do what you want. Top it with mozzarella cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes, the veggies will soften a bit you can always sautee everything a little if you want it softer.
