Looking again, I was mistaken. Your relays are all set up as both read and write. Not necessary to have five when outbox recommends 2-3, but it shouldn't hurt much with just two extra.
Looking at your profile on Amethyst, Coracle, Jumble, and Primal, and I don't see any of them having issues displaying all the same notes from you, so it seems everything is working fine on your end and may just be an issue @nprofile…0gpq is dealing with.
