I think the "login with Google" is great. It's familiar, and eliminates one more classroom session for people joining Nostr. They can learn about nsecs later, and they can always step away from the Google login later.
Removing Amber login doesn't make sense to me. If compatibility with Amber is a nightmare for every release, then I understand. If not, then it's a step backward.
