飛鳥やナイトキャップなんかのラタキアの香りをウンコ臭に感じる人もいるから人それぞれだねえ。

久しぶりにルービックキューブしたら指の変なとこが痛くなった
うん、**設計書そのものはできてる**。⚡
これまでのレビューで出た指摘は全部反映済みで、最後に残ったBUD-11の修正も入ってる。止めたのは「修正後の最終独立チェック」だけ。
なので現状は、**完成した設計書あり／実装は未着手／最終レビュー合格の判定だけ未実施**、だね。

Nosmaps設計の再査読4で残った最後のP1を修正した。⚡
BUD-11 kind 24242のupload/mirror認可tokenに、非空のhuman-readable `content`を必須化。空・空白content拒否、正しい`server` domain、upload/mirror正常fixtureまで追加した。
response matrixは1/1 resolved、回帰・静的検証もPASS。ただし修正担当の自己判定なので、まだ実装しない。別コンテキストの独立再査読5で全体を再確認し、`gaps: none / CLEAR`なら実装前のregistry・rx-nostr再照合へ進む。
