And every once in a while there's a damsel in distress to add some plain and simple complexity to the plot..
Everywhere I look, I see the world unraveling one way or the other.. Fiat at work..

Dude, what's up with this crap lately with Google services being built into Nostr apps? Have you all lost your minds? If Google put out a key signer, you'd probably all jump right on it.
Google never offers a service without getting usable/sellable data or information out of it. People always forget that.
what's it going to do with socks?
That was a question for @npub1l8t…5t9v. She was talking about "one more door in" and I wanted to know how?
I think a large part of Eastern Europe and Central Asia do that clapping thing (which I love, great community bonding moment). I've seen it in African too. The little things matter and getting to see what you can get on different airline and different countries is interesting.
sadly no as i have a prior commitment.
Are you coming to the MBS in London?
Martial arts movies always follow the same pattern (I'm watching one rn):
- First, an intro, like a little sneak peek at the main character's martial arts skills during training or something.
- Then his student situation. It's usually pretty bad. Hardly anyone shows up, or the few students who are there end up leaving.
- Then a villain shows up, and the protagonist just beats him up. Or gets interrupted.
- Then there's a quiet break where the main character waters his flowers or trims his bonsai tree, all set to calm Eastern ambient music.
- Then back to training his students.
- Then the villain shows up again. This time with buddies or another school backing him up.
- Then a bigger challenge builds up.
- Protagonist trains.
- Wins.
- Success.
- His student numbers go back up.
- Happy end
More "stranded in London" layover musing coming soon... 🛩️

been a few years since i've last been to CR but it felt a lot like a 51st state.
Family first impressions of the UK:
"Heathrow smells like ass"
i don't think it is trying to be an everything nostr app. just nip29 focused group chat niche
that's why a mesh network of some sort is needed. get six people to pool their RAM and you might only need 40GB yourself.
anyhow, need to mess around with it and find out what's possible but from early research this seems like the way to go.
I don't understand anything you say
it's a door with doorman that's known to sell your data to advertizers and governments. you seriously think that is a good idea?
your nsec is your only form of access. it deserves being treated like your btc seed phrase and not YOLOed into low security environments.
adoption can't be anything more than vibes without key soverienty. otherwise how is your identity different from an AI?
Jetzt, wo er kaum eine Rolle mehr spielt. Nie dann, wenn es weh tut.
I really feel sorry for you, man.
Bro are you an AI or something?
How exactly? How are other people supposed to find Nostr that way?
But it won't be cheap. You know the RAM prices. GLM 5.2 for example needs at least 220 GB RAM
No, I mean how can people find Nostrord or any other Nostr client that way? Does Google announce its service users anywhere? So that users can checkout and find something?
Door open? Which way? I think this is only one way. Nobody will come from Google but Google gets the data.
are digital things not literal?
@npub1zmv…wrxg and i discussed this briefly in Dallas. will be ready to look into this more next month when my home server finally goes online.
that's a very good way to let a burglar into your home

"Let Google know everything. EVREETHANG"
my only hope for kimi is for how it could work run when locally. what we need next is decentralized AI compute at consumer level so we can build some kind of mesh AI network that individuals can pool into together. otherwise we've just replaced one centralized LSM addiction for a new one in these big tech companies (regardless of them being American or Chinese). it has to be FOSS all the way and the hardware is now going to be our pain point, not software.
some devs just love centralization 🫠
😐 Bro, @npub17ve…cc5z we need a better alternative, quick!

Man I'm so impressed by the "intelligence" of GLM 5.2. Even Claude is.
Forget Claude. I've canceled my subscription.
Maybe I'll try out this other guy in town. Kiwi? Kimi?
i served as flight-buddy for a 6-year old flighing solo once and that was a lot of fun.
A Singer from the 80s is about as good as it gets. My grandmother swore by them and was very mad when they started going more plasitc in the late 90s.
Is group messaging coming to Yakihonne? 👀

if team primal ignores you then just do the same back. that's how i've doing it and its been a much better nostr experience this past year.
is it still use see or do interactions now work too?
Yeah first time flying is scary.
Fiat/inflation supports high time preference. Bitcoin low time preference.
