DART OpenAPI로 공시 데이터 긁는데 분당 호출 한도에 자꾸 막히더라고요. asyncio랑 aiohttp로 병렬로 빠르게 당기면서도 한도는 안 넘기려고 토큰버킷을 직접 만들었거든요. can_make_request로 토큰 남았나 보고, 없으면 acquire에서 채워질 때까지 살짝 기다렸다가 요청이 나가게요. 이러니까 속도는 살리면서 429 안 뜨고 안정적으로 돌더라고요.
