I call it the only thing that has ever reliably worked for women who are genuinely angry at a system that earned their anger. Move from managing the emotion to acting on what it named. Identify the breach. Identify what would address it. Channel the energy into a clear next step — a direct conversation, a documented decision, a boundary stated plainly.
The body is already primed for forward movement. Give it the right target.
