### 一、 什么是“收市竞价”（CAS）？
**收市竞价交易时段（Closing Auction Session, 简称 CAS）** 是港交所在正常交易时间（16:00）结束后，额外增加的一段约 10 分钟的集合竞价时间。
**为什么要有这个机制？**
1. **满足被动资金需求**：很多指数基金、ETF 等被动型资金在调仓或建仓时，必须严格按照当天的“收市价”进行交易。
2. **产生公允的收市价**：如果没有 CAS，16:00 的最后一笔成交价就是收市价，容易被操纵或出现极端波动。CAS 通过收集全市场的买卖意愿，计算出一个能实现**最大成交量**的单一价格作为最终收市价，价格更公允，流动性也更好。
**运作原理**：在这 10 分钟内，系统只收集买卖订单，不会立刻撮合成交。到了最后时刻，系统会找出一个能让最多股票成交的价格（即“最终收市价”），所有符合条件的订单都以这个统一的价格成交。

### 二、 哪些属于“指定证券”？
港交所对 CAS 的适用范围进行过多次扩容，目前“指定证券”已经涵盖了港股市场**绝大部分的主流品种**，主要包括：
1. **恒生综合指数成分股**：包含大型、中型、小型股指数成分股（基本覆盖了市场上绝大多数有流动性的主板股票）。
2. **所有在港上市的交易所买卖基金（ETF）**。
3. **杠杆及反向产品**。
4. **房地产投资信托基金（REITs）**。
*注：极小市值的非指数成分股（如部分仙股）、以及衍生品（如窝轮、牛熊证、期权等）**不适用**收市竞价，它们在 16:00 准时收市。*

### 附：收市竞价时段的 10 分钟时间轴
这 10 分钟的规则非常严格，分为四个阶段：
* **16:00 - 16:01（参考价定价时段）**：系统计算并公布参考价，不可输入新订单。
* **16:01 - 16:06（指令输入时段）**：投资者可以输入、修改或取消“竞价盘”（限价单）或“竞价限价盘”。
* **16:06 - 16:08（不可取消时段）**：可以输入新订单，但**绝对不能取消或修改**之前下的订单（防止虚假挂单操纵价格）。
* **16:08 - 16:10（随机收市时段）**：系统会在这 2 分钟内的**随机某一秒**突然结束竞价，产生最终收市价并完成撮合成交。（随机设定的目的是防止有人在最后一秒搞突袭）。
