A composer (a textarea and a Post button) signs a kind:1 note with a local
identity and publishes it to the relay pool. The note is written to the
local store the moment it is posted, so it shows in the feed at once, then
propagates to relays on a detached thread; the feed dedupes it against the
copy a relay later echoes back.
The identity is a secp256k1 keypair generated and persisted at

You'd obviously have to catalogue all the crappy unfunny bitcointwitter slang, eg 58k, hodl, stack sats, etc etc
You'd have to have image detection for bitcoin logos and aforementioned slang. It would actually be insane amount of work to make nostr usable.
