Wine. Sometimes it posts tomwine and sometimes it doesn't. No idea why. I assume it is still working as this very note you posted has the wine logo (on amethyst).
Further awesome things you get access to as a member are a small amount of Blossom storage, the ability to create and join chat groups, some cool group curation and restricted/private note stuff if you're into that, the ability to invite other people and a whole bunch of other special use case stuff.
