Qigong: Moving from the Center
One of the fundamental keys in Qigong is the ability to move Qi not through our limbs but from our center, the Dantian.

Our natural tendency is to move only our arms, but true Qi circulation happens when this sphere forces us to move our whole body as a single unit. Resistance is felt in all directions simultaneously, which helps maintain joint integrity and realign our structure.
It’s not about peripheral muscular strength; it’s about integrity and connection. This daily practice of mindful movement is what builds the longevity we seek.
