综合新华社和《大河报》报道，郑州市公安局金水分局星期三（7月22日）发布通报称，郑州市金水区宏明路与柳林路东南角宏达国际车业广场6月19日晚上9时发生一起火灾，造成两人死亡、两人受伤和财产损失。
根据通报，经调查查明，这起火灾是陆姓嫌犯因经营纠纷纵火，目前已因涉嫌放火罪被批准逮捕，案件正在进一步办理。
资料显示，宏达国际车业广场是一座汽车用品专业批发市场。起火建筑为四层混凝土框架结构，单层建筑面积4000余平方米，楼顶设有少量临时加盖建筑。起火点位于三层西侧商铺，燃烧物主要为橡胶材料、汽车饰品及配件等。
