I think we can weak the state apparatus almost 100% with encryption and decentralized tools without need to fire a single shot, but if in the worst scenarios we still need that it will be the last resort. If we use decentralized tools with encryption for our business, our transactions, our communications the state will become completely irrelevant
Yeah, nothing will prevent these protection agencies to act in a unfair and corrupt way but keep in mind that everything will be more decentralized with much more competition for quality and reliability. Think as the relay operators, if some of them don't provide a reliable service you have an entire ecosystem of relays to subscribe, consumer choices work as reputation system
You're implying that the only way to protect anarchy against statist aggression is through guns, wars and brute force, which isn't exactly true. First we can weak the state through peaceful counter-economics using alternative currencies like Monero and other encryption tools to avoid censorship then we can use armed defense just as last resort. It won't be a 24/7 armed conflict pretty sure
