Wszystko to prawda, tylko... Kogo stać na zdrowy styl życia i ile to kosztuje w dzisiejszej Polsce?
Lol, I will post as many times to your replies as I want. Welcome to Nostr.
Yep, what you do is not public. But everybody just sends the zaps back into the network. Right now there is a full trace of most of the bitcoins on Nostr because very few people take the out. It's just a full public record of the Bitcoin circulation among Nostr keys.
Claude says these ones should work:
- Bitcoin
- Ethereum
- Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Zcash
- Tron
- EOS
- Cosmos
- Binance Chain
- Stacks
These ones specifically will NOT work:
- Solana, Cardano, Polkadot, Algorand, Stellar, XRP Ledger, Aptos, Sui - these use ed25519 (Edwards curve)
- Monero - uses ed25519 variant
- Zcash shielded transactions - use Jubjub / BLS12-381
The problem is figuring out from a Nostr pubkey how to send in a way the user can actually spend. The key MUST be secp256k1 for this to work, which fortunately is a lot of them.
I think you can just deterministically generate keys for any curve out there.. there might be different methods for each chain, but entirely possible.
It's not useless. It's just not the hardcore crypto security you would usually see. Our apps REQUIRE a hot key loaded in memory at all times. There is no way to do cold wallets. We are literally always in the line of fire. We can't protect anyone against compromised systems and most phones are compromised.
I You agree that you will never have security if keys are placed on a network connected device. Then, all we can do is to minimize the damage and let people play while they can.
People scared that $100 on your Nostr key is gonna make you a target: being Rihanna with $0 makes you a target. Having $100 just moves you slightly closer to being Rihanna. But honestly not by much. The fact people are worried about this really brings to light the sorry state of Nostr.

The concept of a public wallet is very interesting and we need to explore more. It goes beyond zaps, where transactions are public and everyone can see them, but balance is private. With onchain, you get a free, public, identifyable address to receive anything without having to pick and be locked into a lightning provider or a cashu mint. But anyone can see and verify its yours.

⚡️👀 ARCHIVE - More than 13 years ago, on May 9, 2013, this guy DaVinci Jeremie on YouTube begged everyone to buy just $1 worth of Bitcoin

⚡️🔐 FYI - European governments are moving away from WhatsApp and Signal for official communications and switching to their own secure messaging systems that they fully control.
Countries including France, Germany, Belgium, Poland, the Netherlands and Luxembourg have adopted in-house platforms such as BEAM, Wire and Matrix-based tools.
The European Commission will complete its switch by the end of 2026, and NATO already runs its own dedicated system.
« The issue is not encryption strength. Both WhatsApp and Signal use strong end-to-end encryption, their real concern is that these apps are run by US companies under US law and the governments want complete control over servers, metadata, data and access rules.
For individuals and organisations wanting the same level of control, Wire is a strong and accessible choice. It is Swiss-made, open-source, uses modern encryption, and can be self-hosted so your data stays under your control.
It is already used by thousands of German officials. »

Can the Venezuelan immigrants please download a custodial noncustodial Lightning address KYC non-KYC Breez SDK layer 6 please?
Gonna need a new name for on-chain zaps. They're not Lightning. There is no "zap" involved. Someone call up the head of marketing and put some top Nostriches on it.
It's not reaching your nwc relay for some reason. Are you forcing Tor on the privacy settings?
Ohhhh It's the number of hashtags. The new Security filter by default removes all posts that have more than 5 hashtags because spammers just spam all hashtags to get attention.
Nice, I was able to replicate... let me see what's off with that post in particular..
Can you see them in your profile? Or not even there?
Is this just a specific account? Do you mind sharing a screenshot or the post ID?
On the relay screen, can you check if you are connected to your Outbox relays correctly? Showing your own notes is quite straight forward, so there might be something wrong with the connectivity to your outbox relays directly. Assuming, of course, that your notes are in your outbox relays - you can use the Relay Sync tool in settings to move them there.
@nprofile…m3sx may need to check the signing time / createdAt for the Scheduled Post
Investigating... Does it connect to any relay? Are you using VPNs?
I just logged in with your npub and I can see them just fine. How many relays is it connecting to? I am getting something like 252/1004 relays in your account.
I will.. desktop is early alfa yet... But we are getting there
Shouldnt jump to parent just scroll instead of opening a new screen?
Apparently libwebrtc asks for location permissions directly.. seeing if I can disable it
It should ask permissions to find Bluetooth devices, manage phone calls, and use the camera.
I think it was asking for Bluetooth permission. Claude is telling me that nowhere in the video/call code we ask for any type of location permissions... Investigating..
Hum.. no I need to check whats going on with that permission request.
Hum.. I think we will need to make one :(
it's only bloat when it doesn't work
Sir, I need an AI designer
Yes... But that was our goal all along. The point of Amethyst was to literally code everything. I just couldn't do it before AI.
Nests is Media over Quic and Video and Voice calls are regular WebRTC.
Actually not yet.. I forgot to enable the feature.. new release incoming.
You don't need to choose. Just use both
TLDR... Just download and have fun
Yep. It's a lot of work to keep everything with a good quality.. we will see if it will break us or not.
The goal of Amethyst is to have literally everything
Something is off on the desktop CIs :(
CI still running... It takes a lot longer now with Desktop, Cli, our MLS, QUIC and MoQ implementations... 😅
