We have Nostr for that stuff.
Run BIP 110
I hope soon! It’s a one-man operation at the moment…not me, my friend @nprofile…vkm7 who doesn’t spend much time here, but I’m working on convincing him to make a limited edition Nostr purple version with @nprofile…n9xh.
Bought the exact same set of nail polishes from the photo of the meme wife, far from Her usual combo. She loves it. 🥰
Now I just need to set up a hand/nail admiration tumblr blog so I can spoof the source of inspiration. 😅
#TheThingsWeDoForLove
As long as my stack is safe and under my control, I won't blow my brains yet
I understand some people are shutting down their Lightning nodes because some of our highest profile LSPs and swap services are taking a hit.
I’m not giving in to fear. The Nodestrich stays up.
Tell him we gotta do this!
Home alone without kids
Pros: time to play doctor
Cons: it's so I can clean and rebandage Her head wound
#nothingSeriousJustBugger
It did, but I still think humanity will just work to het to the point we were and pick up from there 😅
You really must have a lot of free time 😅
Looks interesting though
Maybe some robot (LLM) can help me out with that.
Ah yes, that was it. It needs a redis server for prerendering stuff and that's where the npm run build failed.
That's where I halted, as I was missing the instructions for setting up that Redis server (too lazy to get into the code hehe then).
Memes are such good coping mechanism 😂

Which very few developers reviewed, since Coinkite was openly hostile to the open source community. You seem oddly sympathetic to an incompetent, compromised, or possibly criminal organization.
Trustlessness is irrelevant if you don’t allow open source code reviews. Coinkite and its investors and promoters were a good ol’ boys network, and the outcome is exactly what you’d expect.
Take a look at https://btclock.store/ made by @npub1k5f…vqg2 🤙

That‘s actually pretty sweet.
Buying shares in a bitcoin treasury company isn't the same as buying bitcoin. You're buying a corporate-finance vehicle built around bitcoin, and the wrapper can change your result.
Start with entry price. If the company trades above the value of its bitcoin holdings, bitcoin can rise while that premium compresses. If the company trades at a discount, closing that gap can add to your return. Either way, the stock has a second moving part beyond bitcoin's price.
Then look at the capital structure. Debt, preferred stock, and convertibles give other investors claims ahead of common shareholders. A long drawdown can let financing costs grind away at common equity, while restrictive debt or collateral terms can create something worse: forced bitcoin sales near the bottom. Good management may use the same tools to add bitcoin per share, but that outcome depends on execution rather than the asset alone.
So don't stop at “I’m bullish on bitcoin.” Before buying the stock, compare the company's market value with its bitcoin holdings. Then list every senior claim, its cost, and the conditions that could force a sale. If you can't explain how the wrapper behaves during a deep drawdown, you haven't finished analyzing the investment.
This wasn’t an open source codebase, was it? I don’t think trustless applies when that person is the CTO and co-founder and other people in the company say they never saw or spoke to him.
Call me crazy here, but if I were to be in charge of an investment fund, and I put the words “THE WORLD’S LEADING BITCOIN TECHNOLOGY INVESTOR” in ALL CAPS on my company’s fucking website, you’d better fucking believe I would require a regular code audit and industry certifications, especially if I had, say, a weekly fucking podcast where I promoted that company’s products, and the fucking CEO of that company was also on the board of a nonprofit organization that I also happened to be a fucking founder of. Or is everyone just content to fucking clown around and play venture capital theater?
I tried to run a habla instance on my server, but I failed.
@nprofile…u0w6 however succeeded
So did I get that about right?

@nprofile…aanv made that post
I found the YouTube version, I’m kinda stunned after listening to this. It’s like you can actually see the train wreck happen in slow motion as it’s starting.
Ah, thanks. I was hoping to find the original post on Nostr, but I guess a Xitter screenshot will have to do…
You posted the wrong date. It was actually March 29, 2021, timestamp: 1:25:10.
"I have no idea what this vulnerability is. @npub1az9…m8y8 wouldn’t tell me what it was, for the sake of the users, because he was afraid I was gonna steal all your bitcoin.” 😱

Yeah come pick them up or send the files 😂
If you need some help, I have 2 printers not doing anything atm.
I noticed once I started using dating apps I got a lot more scam calls, but after deleting those apps it virtually almost completely stopped
Regardless of what people think about Peter Todd personally, I’d take him at his word on this one.
Uhu. Entropy is their specialty

Welcome back! 🙌

I had 3 at home. Only used them for small stack. Boy was I stupid 😅
He addressed this a few days ago. It looks like they wanted his name attached to the company to give it credibility, but never actually gave him anything to do. https://onlydans.blossom.band/3f242841359305184ca44e43cb2360b7f0b94285c17b9fe1c1450f7cd8b0f5f6.png
