Beide werden ausschliesslich vom Package einundzwanzig/group importiert
(js/bridge.ts, js/emoji.ts) und stehen dort jetzt selbst im Manifest — hier
waren sie doppelt. Sie kommen weiterhin transitiv mit.
Verifiziert: Build unveraendert bei 547 Modulen und 35 Manifest-Eintraegen,
emojibase- und cropper-Chunks weiterhin im Bundle.

[ imattau/post ] Implement NIP-17 group inbox + conversation ID threading
- Add conversationId to Message/Draft/SendOptions types, emit as tag/JSON
- Rewrite threading to group by conversationId (fallback to replyTo chain)
- Create ephemeral group inboxes (per-conversation keypair)
- Lazy group key distribution via encrypted message payload
- Group path: single NIP-17 gift-wrap to group pubkey for 2+ To/CC
- BCC: individual NIP-44 DMs, same conversationId, no group key
- Receive flow: try group privkeys for unwrap, save lazy keys, resubscribe
- Update inbox filter to include group inbox messages
