I lost 1.5kg also 😅 but I'm putting 1kg of that down to not being in creatine over the weekend, so I've just had a water whoooshhhhh whilst there, which was also a learning point!!! Will take it with me next time. I didn't enjoying peeing 15 times a night haha.
