I do not think humans or any institutions are inherently corrupt, but capitalism by its very definition is self interest and profits first.
Yes greedy humans will find a way to exploit and any system will undoubtedly need tweaking/monitoring. It is an undeniable fact that capitalism has failed to deliver on distribution of resources. It is an undeniable fact that capitalism has lead to corrupt centralized markets and used its centralization to corrupt our governing system.
Make no mistake, capitalism will corrupt without the presence of a strong State or any State at all. We have so much historical evidence to prove that point.
Capitalism inevitably leads to socialism and technology will inevitably lead socialism to a moneyless society.
Not to be derivative with this statement, but people such as yourself cannot sit back and keep repeating “Capitalism is the best way and most moral way.” We have too much evidence to the contrary.
Curious, what is one thing you would change or you dislike about capitalism?

My comment about myself being in your shoes was not a dig. Hopefully we can continue dialogue from time to time because I would love to know your thoughts 15 years from now.
