And while there are some countries that run their trains on low voltages (1500VDC in .NL, 3000VDC in .BE). Most overhead electrified lines use either 15KV AC at 16 ⅔hz, or 25KV AC. Taking your tiny 100m² 18KW solar install and trying to make any of those voltages and feed it to the trains is just not gonna work. High voltage electrical engineering is Really Complex!. So instead small installs feed into the local 415v grid.

Now that word local is the next flaw in the idea.
