I don't think highly of British justice system. I was assaulted in 2018. I had severe head injury. I was unable to work for a year.
prosecutor called me at 8.30 am on a day of the case to ask me "what the case is about". I was not allowed to watch trial as I might have been called as a witness. But nobody wanted to hear from me in the end.
The perpetrator pleased guilty to assault in exchange of dropping the hate crime charge. He got 100 hours community service
