Blotted my copybook, or age has finally caught up with me. Blood pressure up for the first time in my life, cholesterol not fabulous either. Work to do... eg long walks with mates, so today we did the Uriarra Crossing loop. Weather a bit iffy but we didn't get wet and there was an occasional sunny patch. The Molonglo and Murrumbidgee Rivers looked very picture-skew.
