the thing is that "legit company" doesn't issue stocks on some wild, unregulated thing like bitcoin anyway. or ethereum. it has always been the case that all "assets" in shitcoin land are de-factor securities and thus unless the issuance has oversight and legal recourse for holders of these stonks then it's just borderline ponzi shit. unregistered securities. and anyway, at 10 minutes average block time, it's hardly the basis for any kind of serious orderbook and marketplace. i mean the whole thing is just so specious i can't even.
