I'm deliberately using "free market" instead of "capitalism" because I don't know if we - you and I in this thread - have a working definition of capitalism.

I like free markets as a starting point just because they are slower to corrupt, and because I think human society - including cooperation and innovation - thrives the most when people are allowed to freely trade with one another.

What I would change about what now passes for capitalism and for what is often mistaken for a free market? The money. Centralized control of the money seems to be the fastest tool to corrupt any system.
