2 lads standing on the corner acting sketchy as hell, looking around every 5 seconds, phones out, one guy turns up with cash in his hand.
I’m thinking here we go…
Then I hear:
“has the bitcoin landed?”
“wait for confirmations”
Turns out they were literally buying and selling Bitcoin on the street corner in cash 😭
Never seen this before in my life where I live.
No banks.
No apps being talked about.
No exchange.
Just 2 random guys doing a cash-for-Bitcoin deal like it was completely normal.
Honestly felt like seeing internet money escape into the real world.
Street Bitcoin dealing might actually be becoming a thing 😂
