Read three cormac books last. Blood Meridian, all pretty horses, and the crossing. Blood Meridian is dope (h/t Pickle Dan (npub16e3…y9v6) ) and highly recommend. Other two are ... less recommendable.
I'm onto Cryptonomicon now, big change of pace, but good so far
