In short, we need to target the 64% and convince them to vote for the lesser evil. To vote for a party which can defeat the BJP.
I saw a lot of people criticize BJP but don't even go to vote or don't care enough to be in the electoral rolls. Some of my friends whom I talked with weren't even in their town on the day of the voting. We need to raise awareness about all this so that people plan ahead and make sure they vote.
