Farmers walk 50ft x 3

4 rounds of:
Sandbag carry 1min
Lunge * 20 reps
Pull-ups * max reps in 30 sec
Jump rope * 100 skips
Get really good at these bodyweight exercises and then try weights.

Pushups — barbell Bench/DB press
Squat — barbell/db squat

Bodyweight Rows — good to work for pull-ups.

Incorporate these with weighted carries and ab work. You’ll be well ahead of where you were in a month.
