I'm heavily involved in enforcing #copyleft for #Linux. Success in the #Vizio case will establish 3ʳᵈ beneficiary right to complete, Corresponding Source code not just for Linux, but for all code under #GPLv2 & #LGPLv2_1.
It's #disturbing some in the billionaire-class conscripted #LinuxFoundation to confuse everyone about what copyleft means, but they've not won yet.
