This is interesting. Why not?
As a bip110 follower, isn't it very scary it was not rejected by an USARF but instead a handful of miners? Do you think decentralization is still in effect? What datapoints you have to back that up?
I see at least 3 counterpoints supporting lack of decentralization:
1) Taproot loophole is reported to core but gets documented as "fine" rather than patched. No users or node runners where consulted and the blockchain bloat started to grow
2) Bitcoin core decides to remove the op return filter against a clear controversy. No users or node runners consulted
3) BIP110 activation happens with 0 explicit opposition, most nodes delegate to miners the final outcome. These handful of companies, one phone call away from any head of state, rejected the "security patch"
So again, do you think bitcoin is still decentralized? What makes you think that?
