There’s going to be increasing bifurcation between classes of humans (as if there weren’t enough already).
Maybe the underclass can survive regardless, I mean crocodiles carry on even after fancy sharks got invented with their cool fins and everything,
Or maybe it all just goes boom and we all die. I have no idea what the future holds.
