I’m just trying to square your post—about a hum and flickering shadows—with the way you characterized windmills as contributing to “Green Sacrifice Zone” that is finishing the job of poisoning the land.
Everything we do imposes some cost. Every form of electricity generation imposes some environmental cost. I’m not sure any would meet your standard of sustainability. Perhaps we should abandon electricity generation?
